Vacatureomschrijving

Your goal is to realise operational continuity and sales objectives for specific customers accounts within the
Large Engine Business Unit. You are responsible for these tasks:

  • Responsible for specified customer enquiries which are sales-, technical-, operational related;
  • Parts recognition and estimation handling on customer request;
  • Assists in setting up and maintaining a high standard service level for specified key accounts;
  • Responsible for intensive customer care by regular contact, pro-actively and reactively,
discussing their enquiries, sales, prospective, market information, requirements and needs
  • Reporting on these periodically, by means of presentation or report;
  • Investigate and resolve complaints about various parts business related issues;
  • Assists in budget planning, preparation and implementation for his specific sales are;
  • Independently perform analytical tasks and assignments for management level;
  • Participates in in-/external meetings for any Parts Business related issues;
  • Maintains contact with accounting department and the accounts receivable;
  • Assists in drawing up marketing and sales plans for his specific sales type area or region;
  • Participates in projects which are Parts Business related;
  • Assist management in realizing departmental targets.

Gewenste ervaring

To apply for this job you have to be able to:

  • Speak and write at least one foreign language in which English is a must;
  • Technical knowledge of diesel engines is a must;
  • Good communication skills, within various in-/external hierarchical company levels;
  • Front office experience with high sense of customer focus combined with operational excellence
preferably in an operational logistics environment;
  • Proven skills in terms of analytics/statistics, operational systems, Windows (Excel);
  • Flexible, structural and pragmatic way of working, able to prioritize own work most efficiently with focus on solutions and result. No fixed-working-hour-mentality when necessary;
  • Able to handle multiple disciplines and its tasks at the same time, maintaining the capability
to comply to set procedures and working methods within set timeframe and its deadlines.

Workbase is in Almere, therefore candidates should live within an acceptable distance.

Functie-eisen

  • Education at MBO-4 level
  • Technical knowledge of diesel engines is preferred
